If you feel lost, maybe I can help you to see where you are.

I offer a reflective and compassionate space in which to explore where you are at this moment in your life, and how you came to that place. I know this can be a daunting undertaking, often connecting you with painful emotions. I will support and guide you as we work together based on your own unique experience. 

You might be coming to counselling from a need to reckon with past experiences, because of a current situation or simply a desire to understand yourself better.

Whatever it is that has led you here, my aim as a counsellor is to help you to know yourself more fully.  Through a process of exploration, I hope you can learn to be more present in your life, to heal wounds and to deepen your relationships with yourself and those around you.

I cannot change who you are, but I can help you to make peace with who you already are, and the life that you have lived.
